Location : Hybrid / In-Office - Kansas City, MO

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 10 : 30 AM-7 : 00 PM

We're looking for a Patient Services Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused call center environment . In this role, you'll rotate weekly through four key areas of patient support - no two weeks feel exactly the same.

What You'll Do :

• Welcome new and returning patients and guide them through their care process
• Call patients when their orders are ready to ship and provide next-step support
• Follow up on expiring orders to help patients stay on track
• Make second-touch calls and scheduled follow-ups, reinforcing patient trust
• Work closely with teammates in each area to ensure seamless service
