Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer service calls and correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures
Process correspondence and document contacts in accordance with established procedures
Complete system updates in line with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience
Proficient in data entry and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
Knowledge of child support policies and payment processing procedures
Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
