Hales AC is on the move were one of the fastest-growing residential HVAC companies in the Tampa Bay area, and were looking for top-tier talent to join our install team in St. Petersburg, FL!

Were looking for experienced, detail-oriented pros who can lead residential HVAC installations with precision and pride.

You must have :

• 35 years of verifiable experience as a Lead Installer
• Strong knowledge of :

Residential Split Systems (AC & Heat Pumps)

• Air Handlers
• Gas Furnaces
• Package Units
• Ductless Mini-Split Systems
• Valid EPA Certification
• Up-to-date knowledge of Florida residential HVAC codes
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a felony background check and pre-employment drug test
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
