Must have a drivers license.

Must be able to perform the duties listed below :

Residential Change outs

  • Must possess knowledge to perform a complete residential HVAC Split system and package unit change out.
  • run copper line sets
  • braze copper joints
  • install and level concrete pads
  • instal run new thermostat wire
  • install and program thermostats
  • build new Air Handler platforms out of lumber
  • install repair / replace existing duct work

Residential New Construction

  • Install Fiberglass duct board, cut / make duct board truck lines. cut and make duct board transitions and 90s
  • run and connect flex duct.
  • install boots and collars
  • run copper line sets
  • braze copper joints
  • install exhaust fans
  • install kitchen hoods
  • install snap lock pipe
  • install and wire thermostats.
  • must be able to install split system AC and heat pumps.
  • must be able to read construction documents and blueprints to do job according to plans and specifications.
  • must have knowledge of local building codes.
  • must possess the knowledge to rough in and trim out a complete home.
