CoolToday is currently seeking HVAC Lead Installers to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Lead Installers serve the customers by educating them on the available product options, removing and replacing HVAC equipment as well as installing add-on accessories when needed while providing quality work while following all applicable local and national codes. The role will serve as a mentor and coach to both apprentice and entry-level technicians.
