Responsibilities :

• Develop and submit detailed proposals for structured cabling, audio-visual systems, and sound masking projects using Blue Beam software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic components into project designs.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments to support organizational needs.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange for optimal communication and data management.
• Implement and oversee Palo Alto Firewall configurations to ensure network security.
• Analyze system requirements and recommend appropriate integration solutions.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct system testing and validation to guarantee reliability and performance.
• Document all technical procedures and project progress for future reference.
• Proficiency in Blue Beam software for proposal preparation and project design.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory management and configuration.
• Experience working with integration and electronic components in technical projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange setup and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewall installation and maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills to assess system requirements and propose solutions.
