A growing home care organization is seeking a detail-oriented, hardworking, and people-focused Writing Supervisor to lead a small team responsible for preparing technical documentation to support patient approvals. This role ensures clinical narratives and justifications are accurate, compliant, and clearly written for insurance providers and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities Include :

• Supervise a team of writers responsible for clinical documentation.
• Review and edit written materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure correct documentation.
• Train and mentor staff to improve writing quality and consistency.
• Monitor timelines and workloads to ensure timely submission of documents.
• Ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory standards.

Salary : $65k - $75k / Year
