What your day will look like :
- Understand and program that the machine needs for proper vacuum packing.
- Identify scheduled products to be packed.
- Bring appropriate carts with product trays to load for packaging.
- Verify the correct amounts of product to be packed and the correct film to use
- Arrange plastic rolls / films to set up the machine for packing.
- Ensure the machine is running correctly at the correct speed for production.
- Visually check the seal to ensure that it is tight and that no food material in the seal
- Properly label each package
