Responsible for determining and implementing all IT Infrastructure needs for projects including but not limited to acquisitions, site moves, expansions, new sites and technology upgrades.
Essential Job Duties
Lead technical infrastructure project activities for new sites and acquisitions.
Perform site surveys, inventory and technology assessments for new sites, acquisitions, and expansions.
Perform initial technical design and implementation of site-level technology products based on company standards.
Execute equipment ordering, installations, upgrades, testing, and system configurations as part of completing the implementation project.
Identify and manage technical and IT outsourcing vendors according to organization quality standards and policies.
Provide advice and training on technical aspects of technical architecture, systems, and solutions.
Manage service level agreements, performance / quality metrics, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Resolve vendor problems related to quality, performance, and service level.
Provide onsite support for escalated and complex problems.
May consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals.
Assume other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of related experience required.
Preferred Requirements
CCNT, CCNA or equivalent knowledge.
MSCA or equivalent knowledge.
Basic infrastructure cabling skills.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
Demonstrate use of computer operations (programming, relational databases, and operating systems) and software packages.
Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.
Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor / manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.

Essential Physical Demands / Work Environment
Work is primarily sedentary : must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
