Job Details

We are seeking two experienced Help Desk / Customer Experience Analysts to support IT operations and security initiatives. In this role, you will :

• Provide technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, Active Directory, Azure AD, and network access issues.
• Support security rollouts including YubiKeys, FIDO2, BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business, and password scrambling.
• Assist with the migration from Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure to Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Manage account creation, updates, and synchronization in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Troubleshoot and deploy hardware and peripherals, including printers.
• Support integration and use of Delinea Secret Server for secure credential management.
• Document technical processes and create user-facing guides.
• Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues quickly and effectively.
