Description
Overview : The role of the Help Desk Administrator is to handle system support activities. This person is responsible for providing an excellent client experience and working to resolve support issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Maintain daily performance of computer systems
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Follow-up with users to ensure issues have been resolved
Assist with company-wide software rollouts
Qualifications

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience :
Graduated from a technical program or College
