Job Description : Primary Care Physician or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole , committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care, and comfortable traveling between clinic locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive primary care services , including routine check-ups, preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care visits.See a minimum of 20 patients per day in various clinical settings.Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and laboratory work.Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines.Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the EMR system .Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, preventive measures, and lifestyle changes.Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards of medical practice.Requirements :
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole (required).Active Physician or APRN license in good standing.DEA license for prescribing controlled substances (or ability to obtain).Active malpractice insurance (must be maintained).Minimum 12 years of experience in Primary Care (preferred).Ability to travel between multiple clinic locations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration with the care team.Benefits :
