Job Title : Account Executive

Position Overview

Sciens Logistics, an asset-based 3PL, is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics sales, the ability to build lasting client relationships, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow Sciens Logistics' customer portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions
• Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring competitive pricing for customers
• Collaborate with operations and client success teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management

Qualifications

Pay Scale

$40,000 - $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
