Description :

The Concrete Finisher is responsible for smoothing, leveling, and finishing 3D printed and poured concrete to meet specified standards and project requirements. This role involves a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and the ability to use various hand and power tools effectively. The finisher plays a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appearance of concrete structures.

Responsibilities :

• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete walls and surfaces using floats, trowels, and other hand tools.
• Apply sealants, coatings, or other surface treatments to protect and enhance the finished concrete.
• Patch and repair imperfections, such as cracks, chips, or air bubbles in concrete walls.
• Align and set forms for concrete walls to specified measurements.
• Operate power tools, such as grinders and sanders, to achieve desired finishes.
• Ensure that finished concrete meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines on construction sites.
• Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
• Clean up, set up, and other duties as needed
