The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Major Responsibilities

• Support global and regional Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) teams in connection with execution, maintenance, and monitoring of key ABC controls, including those designed to manage risks related to Gifts & Hospitality, Donations, Hiring Practices, and Third Parties. Track and maintain pre-clearance and related relevant records.
• Support ABC Risk Assessment and Regulatory Change Management processes.
• Coordinate global ABC team's regular meetings, including responsibility for agenda and key follow-up, in coordination with team leadership.
• Ensure timely collection of monthly metrics data; coordinate production of monthly reports for submission, in coordination with team leadership.
• Track and report on ABC-related training, key communications, and exception requests.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance with translation of documents, as applicable.

Ideal Experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $83K - $112K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and / or incentive compensation.
