This is more than just a numbers role, you’ll be a key support for our fast-growing business, ensuring our financials run smoothly while keeping our customers and team supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

Handle full-cycle accounting tasks including AR, AP, billing, collections, deposits, and reconciliations

Enter sales orders and invoices with accuracy and timeliness

Audit vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies

Assist with payroll and special accounting projects

Support office operations : answer overflow calls, provide excellent customer service, and keep things organized

Collaborate closely with our CFO and office staff to keep Bee’s running at its best

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and a knack for staying organized

Positive attitude with the ability to handle new challenges

Excellent communication and customer service skills—even when faced with tough conversations

Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (QuickBooks or similar is a plus)

Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred, but we’re open to training the right motivated candidate
