Staff Accountant

Echodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our fast-growing team. This role will primarily support the Accounts Payable (A / P) function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; resolve discrepancies
• Review and verify vendor statements, respond to inquiries, and reconcile accounts
• Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices and expenses
• Assist with A / P accruals and prepare related journal entries to support month-end close processes
• Support fixed asset tracking and other accounting tasks as assigned
• Support year-end 1099 preparation and vendor reporting
• Assist with the implementation of automation tools and ERP enhancements
• Other related tasks required to fulfill the needs of the business

Qualifications

What We Offer
