Responsibilities
- Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and technical experts within client organizations.
- Develop and strengthen business relationships to enhance client outcomes.
- Understand customer environments to create solutions that optimize outcomes.
- Prioritize business opportunities, develop account plans, and sales strategies under management guidance.
- Influence customer security strategies and purchasing decisions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction across designated accounts.
- Innovate ways to expand business relationships in evolving environments.
- Collaborate across departments for deal shaping and creative solutions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, promoting these within your team.
- Work closely with various teams to deliver exceptional customer service and upsell opportunities.
- Support vertical strategies and promote our company's values and beliefs.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
Experience managing and growing strategic accounts in data center, security, or related technologies / services.Proficiency in creating customer and internal presentations.Ability to develop proposals effectively.Proven success in retaining and expanding accounts.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Support and advocate for our vertical efforts and company values.Benefits
