Who are we hiring?
The Senior Director & General Manager Studio Facilities will serve as the general manager for Sphere Studios' Burbank offices and "Big Dome" screening facility. Reporting to the EVP, Head of Sphere Studios, this role oversees both the Facilities team and the Big Dome Operations team. The Senior Director & General Manager Studio Facilities will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative operations across the studio's physical spaces while maximizing their impact in support of Sphere Studios' productions, events, and clients.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and an operational expert, with proven experience in facilities management, production operations, and client-facing services. Success in this position will be measured by operational excellence, client satisfaction, facility readiness, and the ability to align day-to-day execution with the evolving needs of the studio.
