Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Ensure adherence to blueprints, codes, and specifications
• Monitor project schedule and progress
• Enforce safety and quality standards
• Troubleshoot construction issues in real time
• Conduct inspections and prepare reports
• Communicate with developers, architects, and city officials
