Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and manage a team of 8 maintenance technicians. The role involves overseeing all machinery and facility maintenance in the plant, ensuring timely resolution of breakdowns, and prioritizing maintenance needs. You will also manage a maintenance budget and report on it monthly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a maintenance department of 8 technicians.
• Oversee all plant machinery, including blow molding machines, plastic injection machines, robots, vision systems, conveyors, scales, and CAMS systems.
• Ensure breakdowns are addressed promptly and prioritize maintenance needs.
• Create and ensure adherence to a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Supervise maintenance staff and assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $100000.00 / yr.
