Ability to provide on-site project observation and technical assistance during construction. Ability to work independently or as part of a design team. Willing to relocate to the Knoxville, TN area. Overview

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand project expectations and design criteria.
- Develop electric system models using Milsoft and SKM engineering analysis software.
- Prepare written and oral reports that explore electric system challenges and provide recommended solutions.
- Design substation and distribution line facilities using software and engineering judgement.
- Assist in calibration, testing, and programming of protective relays.
- Produce technical specifications that adhere to project design criteria and industry standards.
- Provide leadership in the candidate's specific area of technical expertise.
