Sterling Brands | Fall 2025 Client Services & Marketing Internship

About the Role :

This semester, you could have the opportunity to experience a fast-paced creative agency environment and gain exposure to a range of industries and high-profile consumer brands.

The Client Services & Marketing Intern will support Sterling's client services and marketing teams, as well as contribute to internal initiatives.

Successful candidates will have a desire to enter a career in the Client Services / Marketing field, with an emphasis in branding. We're looking for a high-performing achiever, with demonstrated leadership in extra-curricular or work positions where critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills are required.

What You'll Do :

• Attend client briefings and internal meetings to help build and review creative briefs
• Client Service team lead by creating and managing internal timelines
• Collaborate and manage the marketing calendar and facilitate meetings
• Coordinate the creation of marketing assets for various initiatives and contribute ideas for content to be used
• Track and manage award submissions by creating and editing copy, overseeing client approvals, leading internal asset creation, and maintaining the submission timeline
• Manage the business social media account, under supervision, to ensure timely posts across all mediums
• Assist with new business initiatives, when needed
• Schedule and attend meetings, capturing meeting notes
• Write and proofread content
• Assist day-to-day project deliverables, from initial briefing through the design implementation process
• Help manage and schedule internal meetings, as needed and problem solve
• Track deliverables against project scope and ensure billing is up to date
• Collaborate and manage marketing calendar and facilitate associated meetings
• Work with team members from Strategy, Design, and Client Services disciplines to understand how the agency operates

Compensation

Base : $16 / hr. - $20 / hr.

This represents the low and high end of the base salary an individual in this role may earn as an intern of Sterling Brands in the United States. Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; other business and organizational needs; and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
