• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience\n
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing\n
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English\n\nKey Responsibilities of the RN Unit Supervisor : \n
• Lead and manage one of our skilled nursing units effectively\n
• Supervise daily nursing activities in alignment with federal, state, and local standards\n
• Uphold the highest quality of care and provide direct nursing services as required\n
• Assume responsibility for the facility in the absence of the Administrator, DON, or ADON\n
