Maintain records of injuries, illnesses, and absences to monitor safety concerns. Bachelor's in Safety Management or related field with 2+ years of safety experience, or Master's in Safety Management with minimal experience. Experience in tire / rubber industry. Authorized OSHA General Industry Training. Manufacturing experience. Disaster and fire prevention experience. Job Summary :
Base pay range : $85,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr
Relocation available : Yes, nationwide.
Additional compensation : 10% variable
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to areas and assigned programs.
- Lead safety teams in projects.
- Lead projects or processes of diverse scope, working independently with limited supervision.
- Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
- Support continuous improvement and automation activities.
- Use advanced analytical and technical problem-solving skills to develop solutions to existing problems.
- Maintain strong communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
