Job Summary :
Base pay range : $85,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr
Relocation available : Yes, nationwide.
Additional compensation : 10% variable
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to areas and assigned programs.
- Lead safety teams in projects.
- Lead projects or processes of diverse scope, working independently with limited supervision.
- Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
- Support continuous improvement and automation activities.
- Use advanced analytical and technical problem-solving skills to develop solutions to existing problems.
- Maintain strong communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Employee / Health & Safety Responsibilities :
Develop and implement policies to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions.Identify potential hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and conditions.Investigate accidents, liaise with engineers, management, and regulatory authorities to prevent recurrence.Provide safety training and conduct compliance audits.Maintain records of injuries, illnesses, and absences to monitor safety concerns.Qualifications :
Bachelor's in Safety Management or related field with 2+ years of safety experience, or Master's in Safety Management with minimal experience.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in tire / rubber industry.Authorized OSHA General Industry Training.Manufacturing experience.Disaster and fire prevention experience.Additional Details :
