Overview

We are currently partnered with a Global Prop Trading Firm who is looking to add a commercial contracts lawyer to their elite legal team. You will join a stimulating, exciting, innovative firm that continues to outperform their competition. You will be responsible for negotiating complex commercial agreements as well as thinking outside the box to deliver timely legal solutions. You will have the chance to work with key stakeholders and business units across the firm to support the global operations and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including technology and software licensing agreements, vendor agreements, lease agreements, procurement agreements, and data licensing agreements.
• Manage contract lifecycles and collaborate with business team on contract renewals, negotiations, and terminations.
• Assist the legal team in developing and maintaining various contract templates, playbooks, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the firm's global expansion.
