Position : Litigation Attorney

Location : Offices in Long Island and New York City

Job Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $110,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with a strong work ethic and the desire to grow within our firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is eager to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities :

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, legal research, and briefs

Develop legal strategies and advise clients directly

Represent clients in court and conduct local travel for appearances as needed

Manage cases efficiently while meeting deadlines

Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff

Qualifications :

Admitted to practice law in the State of New York

1-3 years of litigation experience preferred (foreclosure or landlord-tenant law a plus)

Strong organizational, research, and writing skills

Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment

Excellent communication and client interaction skills

Reliable transportation for local court travel
