A company is looking for a People Operations Assistant to support the full team member lifecycle and maintain administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personnel information in HRIS / HR tools and prepare standard documentation
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including logistics and compliance checks
Handle interview scheduling, applicant screening, and ATS administration
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in an HR or recruiting administrative role
Prefer a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Experience or familiarity with HRIS / ATS platforms
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn quickly
