Now Hiring : General Production Associates – Multiple Shifts Available

Northwood, OH 43619

Pay Rate : $17.50 / hour

Hiring Company : Midway Staffing

Available Shifts (Monday–Friday) :

10 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM (OT may be required)

12 : 00 PM – 8 : 30 PM (OT may be required)

8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (OT may be required)

Work Environment :

Factory setting, meat cutting facility

Cold environment (32°ree;F)

Steel-toe shoes / boots required

Dress attire : sweatpants, jeans, hoodies (layers recommended)

Job Duties :

Assist workers operating machinery

Move meat carts between rooms (production to packing side)

Work in poultry room preparing products (e.g., wrapping bacon, repackaging)

General production and light assembly tasks

Maintain cleanliness and organization in staging areas

Remove empty boxes and trash to maintain safety

Follow all safety rules and report incidents immediately

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Ability to stand for long hours in a cold environment

0–3 years of production or manufacturing experience preferred

Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused

Certification by Safety Manager required to operate industrial equipment (training provided)
