Summary

Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced AIT Technician, Cable & Harness to join our growing team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the AIT Technician, Cable & Harness will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, potting, fabricating and repairing flight harnesses and avionics systems. The ideal candidate should possess keen visual acuity and knowledge of quality control and ASO-9100 standards with high attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for this position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Use essential tools and test equipment for harness fabrication
• Work under microscope
• CIRRIS testing experience
• Run reports and download for tracking purposes
• Solder, crimp, strip, and fabricate flight harnesses for spacecraft
• Perform quality assurance checkouts on flight harness builds
• Read wire harness schematics, assembly drawings, product-specific documentation, and work instructions
• Utilize quality control methodologies while identifying components for harness fabrication and testing

Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Physical Demands

An employee must meet the physical demands described to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Work Environment

The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
