About the Opportunity :

In this role, you will be the face of EMR to local customers and help drive operational excellence. You will lead, develop and manage an experienced crew and oversee safety, receiving, production, inventory control, quality control and shipping of materials. You will bring an understanding of the importance of purchase, flow and storage of scrap inventory at this site.

No two days are the same, but the typical position responsibilities include :

• Work to create an excellent experience for customers and employees while minimizing costs and maximizing volume and margin at the facility
• Oversee preventative checks, maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
• Ensure accuracy of stock through systems management
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Oversee work product of third-party contractors
• Ensure compliance with city, county, state, and federal regulations
• Analyze data, set goals, make recommendations and perform other duties as directed by Supervisor
