job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor access points and report any security-related concerns according to site protocols. Document observations and incidents clearly and accurately as required by Allied Universal and site policies. Work collaboratively with site personnel, first responders, and / or law enforcement as needed. Remain alert to changes in the environment and promptly communicate potential security-related risks to appropriate personnel. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Experience in primarily driving posts is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Security Professional - Unarmed Government Patrol Driver
As a Security Professional - Unarmed Government Patrol Driver in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in supporting a secure environment while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to those you encounter. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the location using a company or client vehicle. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
