Opportunity : NP / PA - Family Medicine

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established family medicine practice, working collaboratively with an experienced healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Job Details :

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program required
• Current licensure as a registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner in MN (for NP candidates)
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in MN (for PA candidates)
• National certification in applicable area required
• Current CPR certification required
• Successful completion of facility credentialing process prior to practice
