Nurse Practitioner

The Center for Alcohol & Drug Treatment is looking for a part-time (0.4 FTE) certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our Office-Based Opioid Treatment+ (OBOT+) program.

The individual in this role would work in OBOT within HDC's Urgent Care Behavioral Health Care Center.

You would see patients for a variety of needs related to substance use disorders, and may coordinate care between OBOT+ and other programs.

You'll work with an on-site LPN and Patient Access Representative.  Summary :

• The Nurse Practitioner is a key member of the CADT Medical Team and will be responsible to provide medication-assisted treatment for eligible patients.
