RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and articulate a bold, inspiring creative vision for Call of Duty : Warzone

Lead multi-disciplinary teams across global studios to align goals and deliver exceptional player experiences

Own creative direction from early concept to live operations, balancing innovation with franchise authenticity

Translate ideas into clear, actionable plans—pitch decks, design documents, and playable builds

Collaborate with design, narrative, art, engineering, and production partners to push boundaries and solve complex problems

Drive continuous evolution of Warzone through live service updates that reflect player feedback and data insights

Champion a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and player-first thinking

PLAYER PROFILE

A creative leader with 10+ years of experience in game development, with a strong focus on AAA and FPS titles

5+ years in leadership roles, successfully guiding cross-functional teams from concept to ship

A systems thinker with deep expertise in game design, plus working fluency in art, engineering, narrative, or live ops

Skilled at navigating ambiguity and transforming big ideas into clear, impactful deliverables

A clear, compelling communicator who can inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and connect with global audiences

Passionate about innovation, inclusive design, and building memorable player experiences

Experienced in live service ecosystems, with a history of adapting and iterating to player behavior and feedback

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $134,000.00 - $247,900.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
