Project Manager Construction

ITS is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Project Manager with an industrial background in rigging, millwright, transportation, and custom fabrication. We seek a motivated, qualified, and creative individual to manage estimating, project management, supervision, and execution of strategic projects with a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the industrial and construction fields
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal & written
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees, client safety representatives, and customers
• Ability to lead teams in the office and in the field
• Detail-oriented and practical problem-solver on job sites
• Motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Quality-focused with proactive health and safety awareness
• Proficiency with CAD; SolidWorks experience is a plus but not required
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and processes
• Valid driver's license, pass drug screening and background check
