About This Role :

Crusoe is at the forefront of expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure and is actively doing so in Abilene, Texas and beyond. As a Construction Manager specializing in Base Building, you will lead the construction of Crusoe's core building structures, including structural frameworks, exterior walls, roofs, and essential mechanical systems. As a key leader within the organization, you will ensure the successful delivery of multiple complex projectson time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Working On :

• Project Leadership : Oversee the construction of building shells and primary mechanical systems for hyperscale AI Data Centers.
• Base Building Management : Direct the development of roofs, exterior walls, and critical infrastructure systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and company objectives.
• Site Inspections & Quality Assurance : Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress and verify adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving challenges and ensuring smooth communication.
• Contract Management : Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and vendors, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to agreements.
• Budget & Schedule Management : Maintain strict adherence to project budgets and timelines, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Risk Mitigation : Identify and implement strategies to mitigate construction risks and ensure project success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Progress Reporting : Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting key milestones and potential roadblocks.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce and maintain stringent safety protocols on all construction sites.

Benefits :

Compensation will be paid in the range of $160,000 - $175,000 base salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation is determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
