Manage end-to-end construction project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and closeout.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with design specifications.

Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Oversee compliance with safety standards, building codes, and local regulations.

Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

Prepare regular reports on project progress and financial performance.

Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or budgets.

Ensure high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations and company standards.

A successful Project Manager should have :

• Proven experience managing multiple projects in the business services industry.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Preferably 5+ years experience.

Competitive salary in the range of $180,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on experience.
