What will make you successful?

• 1-2 years of management customer service experience (Spa experience a plus)
• Proven success in attracting and retaining talent / building successful teams
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Manage administrative tasks including, but not limited to, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days / evenings / weekends / holidays
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines
• Customer and team focused
• Sales driven
• High level of passion and enthusiasm for your job

What's in it for you?

Hourly pay $15 to $20 per hour + medical + vision + Dental + PTO

Compensation : $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
