Position Summary

Our Spa Manager will execute the day-to-day operations of a high volume spa, along with specific assigned responsibilities. A more extensive list of the responsibilities is as follows :

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Learn about our products and services for effective, clear communication
• Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, ordering and reporting
• Uphold store cleanliness standards in the entire spa
• Oversee training of staff
• Create and aid in implementation of sales goals for staff.
• Oversee implementation of corporate protocols.
