Location : Onsite - 1700 N Waterman Ave San Bernardino, CA 92404

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Primary Responsibilities :

• The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting front-desk operations for a high-volume clinic that serves approximately 300 patients per day. This position supports a multidisciplinary team of Primary Care Providers, Specialists, Nurse Practitioners, and Extended Care Clinicians. In addition to standard patient intake, the role is responsible for : coordinating registration for a wide range of ancillary services, including Point-of-Care Testing (POCT), X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammogram, DEXA, ECHO, and the Infusion Clinic

Required Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting in patient coordination, medical assisting, or front office roles

The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
