A company is looking for a WordPress Support Engineer to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for WordPress-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers, taking ownership of issues and ensuring quick resolutions
Provide support through Live Chat, Tickets, and Slack while following SOPs and escalation procedures
Assist customers with troubleshooting, migrations, and converting recurring issues into feature requests
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with WordPress
Familiarity with common web hosting stacks (cPanel, NGINX, Apache, MySQL, etc.)
Knowledge of Linux command line (SSH) including WP-CLI
Experience with troubleshooting WordPress and using Live Chat / helpdesk tools
Understanding of DNS and experience with Cloudflare is a plus
