Project Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a capable and motivated Project Manager to support multiple high-profile hotel construction and renovation projects in the Orlando area. This is a great opportunity for a professional with 3-5+ years of experience who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to grow within the Owner's Representative and consulting space.

The role requires full-time presence in the Orlando area. While a hybrid schedule may be possible, candidates must be comfortable with regular site visits, walking, and working outdoors on active construction sites.

Responsibilities :

• Manage hotel construction and renovation projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams across all project phases.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor and report on project budgets, schedules, risks, and quality metrics.
• Represent the client in project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Assist with QA / QC efforts, value engineering, and project closeout processes.
• Oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact schedule or budget.
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders for accuracy and alignment with project scope.
• Track progress against milestones and proactively manage delays or disruptions.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Turner & Townsend best practices across all assigned projects.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Additional Information :

The salary range for this full-time role is $90K-$120K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
