Turner & Townsend is seeking a capable and motivated Project Manager to support multiple high-profile hotel construction and renovation projects in the Orlando area. This is a great opportunity for a professional with 3–5+ years of experience who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to grow within the Owner's Representative and consulting space.

The role requires full-time presence in the Orlando area. While a hybrid schedule may be possible, candidates must be comfortable with regular site visits, walking, and working outdoors on active construction sites.

Salary

The salary range for this full-time role is $90K-$120K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
