The Senior Post Producer will help lead the creation and production of media content for T-Mobile’s internal and external communications needs. The role requires storytelling, collaboration, and a passion for the production process. You will monitor post-production timelines, manage budgets and schedules, conduct meetings, and coordinate with internal partners and external clients to ensure timely production of creative materials. You will also contribute to video and media content initiatives for Social content, Public Relations, Broadcast, Human Resources, Keynote addresses, Uncarrier Events, and Executive leadership within T|Studios.

Base Pay Range : $77,500 - $139,800
Corporate Bonus Target : 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic incentive or bonus based on role. Most corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance, as a percentage of eligible earnings in the prior year.
