Responsibilities

• Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules of assets and liabilities, financial disclosures, motions, and other court documents
• Conduct legal research and support senior attorneys in managing case files
• Assist with highly complex Chapter 11 business reorganizations
• Represent creditors in bankruptcy matters as appropriate
