Programming Analyst

We are seeking an Expert-Level Programmer Analyst to conduct an in-depth technical review and documentation of the Appeals application built on the MicroPact entelli-trak platform . The application supports the Appeals Division and is hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) . This role requires a detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in Java development, entelli-trak configuration, cloud environments, and system documentation.

The successful candidate will analyze the existing system configuration, identify and document customizations, detail current workflows and interfaces, and describe the hosting environment. Additionally, the analyst will review stories and change requests tracked in JIRA and produce comprehensive technical documentation using Microsoft tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and document the technical and functional configuration of the Appeals application.
• Identify and describe all customizations to the entelli-trak base code.
• Document existing process automation workflows and business rules.
• Capture and explain all system interfaces , integrations, and data exchanges.
• Analyze and document the current AWS-based hosting environment and deployment structure.
• Review and incorporate insights from JIRA stories and change requests into documentation.
• Produce detailed documentation using MS Word, Excel, and Visio , including architecture diagrams, configuration reports, and workflow charts.
• Collaborate with business leads and technical teams to validate documentation accuracy.
