Salary : $60,000 - $65,000

We are seeking an SEO Specialist who will serve as Kicksites internal subject matter expert for all things related to Search Engine Optimization. This highly collaborative role will work across both brand marketing and client marketing efforts to ensure that SEO best practices are consistently followed and implemented. The ideal candidate has practical, working knowledge and hands-on experience with on-page, off-page and local SEO. You should also be an avid learner and researcher, staying on top of SEO trends as well as the impacts and influence of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

What youll do :

• Conduct pre-launch quality assurance reviews on client website builds to verify optimization, including but not limited to title tags and meta descriptions, site structure, content quality, schema markup, etc.
• Optimize client-submitted content updates, including but not limited to new website pages, blog post submissions, etc.
• Collaborate with internal success specialists to serve as a resource for client website audits, troubleshooting and identifying opportunities for improved performance and visibility.
• Spearhead regular SEO maintenance checks on the Kicksite brand website, implementing fixes and adjustments as needed.
• Manage Kicksites Local SEO product offering, using third-party tools to distribute client directory listing information, optimize Google Business Profiles, and access reporting.
• Act as a resource and guide for internal stakeholders when job functions necessitate SEO-related efforts and knowledge (copywriting, website support, etc.).
