Essential Responsibilities :

• Completion of daily work requests, and event set-up.

Completion of project work, including but not limited to painting, furniture assembly and repair, faculty - staff

office moves, minor construction and repairs, etc.

Assist with campus security, and university safety policies, serving as a point of contact for local emergency

responders in the absence of a Facilities Management supervisor on campus, securing the building if closing the

campus, etc.
