As a strategic leader within Global Facilities (GF) and Corporate Real Estate (CRE), you will drive operational excellence across office services and EAME operations for Caterpillar's global footprint. This role combines high-level planning with hands-on execution, overseeing multi-site facilities, optimizing processes, and enhancing employee experience through innovative technologies and data-driven solutions. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and Caterpillar Global IT to shape future-state processes, implement advanced tools, and maintain governance for over one-third of Caterpillar's global office space. Your leadership will ensure safe, efficient, and engaging work environments that align with organizational goals.
What You Will Do :
- Manage GF Office Services for several key large multi-business unit office buildings.
- Manage several US and Americas-based GF owned and leased offices.
- Manage all office / building operations for Global Facilities EAME footprint.
- Partner with GF Planning, Caterpillar Global IT, and key contracted service providers to build, renovate, and enhance employee / customer office experience.
- Transform business questions into technical requirements that can deliver flexible, reliable data analytics to serve the business.
- Collaborate with Caterpillar Global IT to implement the latest Audio-Visual technology for teams and conference rooms.
- Investigate and assess gaps in business processes and data assets to recommend changes and create new data products and automations.
- Develop and benchmark engaging, actionable, and visually appealing facilities / office digital products and dashboards.
- Establish office standards and governance for our global footprint.
- Oversee E911 Emergency Management, Building Occupancy, and Layouts.
What You Have :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Strong background in office and building facilities operations, including managing multi-site environments.Ability to develop and execute short-term, tactical, and long-term strategic plans aligned with business objectives.Proficiency in business process improvement, with the ability to analyze, optimize, and implement efficient workflows.Skilled in building and maintaining strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.Ability to articulate a clear vision, inspire teams, and drive initiatives that enhance the employee and customer experience.Deep understanding of facilities management processes, methodologies, and compliance standards.Demonstrated experience supporting or partnering with a production or manufacturing workforce, with an understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of hourly and shift-based roles.Top Candidates Will Also Have :
Proven ability to lead multi-site office services and facilities operations.Experience with facilities / building tools, technologies, and transformation initiatives.Ability to collect and analyze business requirements across various business units and applications to inform decision-making.Knowledge of project management concepts including project charters, scheduling, planning, and successful execution.Expertise office services and facilities insights, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Additional Info :

Summary Pay Range : $156,000.00 - $234,000.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
